In Northern India, cotton rag is collected as waste from the prolific clothing industry. It is pulped, natural dyes are added together with exotic mixes of flower petals, seeds and stalks.

Paper Converters was established in 1996 based on the idea of bringing paper making co–operatives and communities from around the world together and promoting an environmentally friendly industry. Our papers come from India, but we get contributions from all over the world. We are always looking for new ideas in paper and are happy to hear about new sources and ideas for paper crafts and any related suggestions

Our ranges are designed to cater for those who want to make their own gifts exclusively and for those who just want a finished craft product.
